How to use and keep Rosolini Black Pepper Grinder 5.99 oz Refillable Mill, Whole Peppercorns

Add early to hot oil for depth, or late for a brighter, fresher note
Season in stages and taste as you go rather than all at once
Keep tightly sealed away from steam, sunlight and the cooker
Store in a cool dry cupboard and never shake directly over a hot pan

Toasting the spice briefly in a little oil before the main ingredients go in releases far more aroma than adding it to liquid alone. Never shake the container over a steaming pot, because rising moisture will clump the contents. Spoon out what you need, reseal immediately, and store Rosolini Black Pepper Grinder away from the hob.
